I would like a side of runny nose, please

Last night for dinner was nothing special.  Just dumplings that we got from my mom.  It was a quick and simple meal.  I usually make those for dinner on nights when I am feeling super lazy.  Tonight for dinner I think I will make something with chicken.  We have an over abundance of chicken in the freezer right now.

Both of my kids have a runny nose.  So I have been constantly wiping their noses and keeping them hydrated.  It was an exhausting night last night though that's for sure.  My daughter woke up in the middle of the night and was unconsolable and wouldn't even come to our room.  She ended up waking up my son.  So, they both ended up in our bed at the same time.  Between hearing my son's struggle to breathe out of his nose and my daughter's coughing here and there and the crazy wind last night, I got very little sleep.  Thank goodness it is Friday!

This weekend we are going to get our annual picture taken with Santa with the kids, our chihuahua included.  Then we are going to make some extra copies to send to the family as well.  On Sunday while the kids are napping I am going to try my best to make envelopes for the family's Christmas cards.  After they have been mailed and received, I will post a picture of their card.  It is so stinking cute!  I also made Christmas cards for my husband's co-workers.  Those are almost done.. I will post a picture of that one as well, too, soon.
